Gender Affirming Care Letters
Process : 2 - 4 sessions
The first session(s) involve history taking and support assessments
Final session(s) involve review of letter

Initial psychiatric diagnostic sessions: $200
55 minute session: $175
45 minute session: $150
Paperwork/Forms needed: prorated at my hourly of $175

Neuro-Affirming Assessments for ADHD and Autism
While conventional mental healthcare providers may follow a “diagnose and treat” approach, I instead practice through the neurodiversity lens. The neurodiversity lens allows us to perceive what were once labeled as "disorders" as neurological variances. Rejecting the deficit model empowers neurodivergent individuals to leverage their strengths for healthier, long-term interactions with their environment
There are a variety of intersections in identity that effect the ways ADHD and Autism show up in different people. It is important to be aware of these for accuracy in diagnosis and these are things I take into account. Identities that intersect and shift the picture in assessment include:
Varying age groups - pediatric, young adult, adult, elderly
Folks in the LGBTQIA+ community
People of Color
Trauma background
Other medical conditions
To make an accurate and non pathologized diagnosis, skills and training in assessment and use of psychometric measures is paramount. Measures were chosen for their validity, reliability and scope of assessing a wide variety of presentations. The measures listed below are those that I have been trained in and use in assessment:

You are responsible for being aware of your copay and deductible information. The day of our appointments your copay or deductible amount will be due. I require an active card to be kept on file in my electronic records system for processing of payments.
I will provide a Good Faith Estimate as required as a part of the No Surprises Act for any clients paying out of pocket for services.
